We share information with the following categories of third parties:

We work with third-party lead distribution networks, including but not limited to Marketcall (operated by Marketcall LLC), to route consumer calls and inquiries to licensed pest control service providers. When you call a number on this Site or submit a form, your information (including your phone number, location, the date and time of the call, and any information you provide during the call) may be shared with: (i) the partner network used to route your call, and (ii) the independent pest control service provider receiving your inquiry.
These partner networks may also record and store call audio for quality assurance, fraud prevention, and compliance verification purposes. By calling, you consent to such recording where permitted by law.

We share consumer inquiries with the licensed pest control company in our network operating in your service area. Once your inquiry is shared, that provider may contact you regarding your service request. The provider becomes the controller of your information for purposes of fulfilling the requested services.
