The Pest Hound LLC (“The Pest Hound”) respects consumer privacy and complies with all federal and state Do Not Call (DNC) laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and applicable state laws.
1. Internal Do Not Call List
The Pest Hound maintains an internal Do Not Call list of consumers who have requested not to be contacted by us or our network of independent pest control service providers (“Service Providers”) for marketing purposes.
2. How to Add Yourself to Our Internal DNC List
To be added to our internal DNC list, contact us using any of the methods below:

Please include the phone number(s) you want added to our DNC list.
3. Timeframe
Requests to be added to our internal DNC list will be honored within 30 days of receipt and will remain in effect for five (5) years from the date of the request, unless you withdraw your request earlier.
4. Existing Business Relationship Exception
Federal and state laws permit certain calls to consumers with whom a business has an “established business relationship.” If you have submitted a form on our Site, called one of our numbers, or engaged with a Service Provider in our network, an established business relationship may exist. To completely opt out of all communications, including transactional and service-related messages, you must clearly state your request and provide all phone numbers you wish to opt out.
5. National Do Not Call Registry
You may also register your phone number on the National Do Not Call Registry by visiting www.donotcall.gov or calling 1-888-382-1222 from the phone you wish to register. Registration on the National Do Not Call Registry is free and lasts indefinitely.
6. Prior Express Consent
Even if your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry or our internal DNC list, you may still receive calls or text messages from us or our Service Providers if you have provided prior express written consent (for example, by submitting a form on our Site or calling our number to request information about pest control services). To revoke prior express consent, contact us using the methods above.
7. Partner Networks
The Pest Hound uses third-party lead distribution and pay-per-call networks, including Marketcall (operated by Marketcall LLC), to route consumer calls and inquiries. Adding your number to our internal DNC list does not automatically remove your number from any partner network’s database. You may need to contact partner networks separately to opt out fully.
8. Complaints
If you believe you have received a call or text in violation of this Policy or applicable law, please contact us at [email protected] with the date, time, and phone number from which the call originated. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
